IPTV+ is a media player only. We do not provide, host, stream, sell, or endorse any content, channels, or playlists of any kind. You bring your own legally obtained sources — IPTV+ simply plays them.
Welcome to IPTV+. These Terms govern your use of the IPTV+ mobile app (the "App").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using IPTV+, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Content Responsibility
IPTV+ is a content-agnostic media player. You must supply your own legally obtained content. We do not provide, promote, or endorse any media sources.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use IPTV+ for personal, non-commercial purposes.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not: use the App to view or distribute pirated or unauthorized content; reverse-engineer or attempt to access the source code; resell or sublicense the App.
5. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and UI design elements in IPTV+ are the property of IPTV Stream Solutions and may not be reused without permission.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, reliability, or compatibility of third-party content or playlists.
7. Limitation of Liability
IPTV Stream Solutions is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from: user-supplied content; misuse of the App; legal consequences from unauthorized content use.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to IPTV+ at any time if you violate these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
